Welcome to Inspyr Studios! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and studio facilities. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

By accessing Inspyr Studios' website or participating in our classes and services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our website and services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Membership & Class Policies

  • Reservations: Members must reserve classes in advance through our website or app.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid late fees or loss of a class credit.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted to class to ensure minimal disruption.

  • Membership Terms: All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Suspensions & Terminations: Memberships may be paused for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days twice per year, with a $15 per month suspension fee. Membership termination requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our policies.

  • Price Changes: Membership rates remain the same while active but may be adjusted if a canceled membership is reactivated at a later date.

  • Late Fees: A $10 fee will apply for missed class cancellations made less than 12 hours before class start time.

4. Health & Safety

  • Medical Clearance: By participating in any class, you confirm that you are physically capable and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.

  • Injury Waiver: You acknowledge that Inspyr Studios is not responsible for any injuries sustained before, during, or after class participation.

  • Proper Attire: Athletic clothing and appropriate footwear are required for all classes.

5. Studio Conduct & Etiquette

  • Respect for Others: Clients must conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward staff and other members.

  • Personal Belongings: Inspyr Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Equipment Use: All equipment must be returned in its proper condition after use.

6. Website & Digital Services

  • Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Inspyr Studios and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

  • Third-Party Links: We may include links to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
