The tradition of completing 108 Sun Salutations is rooted in yoga and is considered a moving meditation. The number 108 is regarded as sacred in many cultures, symbolizing wholeness, connection, and new beginnings. This practice offers an opportunity to challenge yourself physically, strengthen your mental focus, and reflect on the season ahead.
