KRISTIN
⦾ Pilates ⦾ Barre
-
Kristin embarked on her career in health and fitness as a “fun side gig” during her high school and college years — and it’s the connection with people that fuels her passion.
She expresses, “It is a joy to share Pilates and provide healthy normalcy to people’s routines. Pilates is a great lesson in body awareness and it positively influences other aspects of life and fitness.”
If you’ve had the opportunity to take one of Kristin’s classes, you might have noticed her enthusiasm for spine stretches and bridge exercises. Furthermore, when she’s not leading a class, Kristin and her family enjoy visiting botanic gardens on their travels or cheering for the Cubs.
Reflecting on her career path, Kristin mentioned that even if she weren’t an instructor, she would likely still be immersed in the health and fitness industry, perhaps as a Nutritionist.
