Sunrise Yoga with Coach McKenna
Sunrise Yoga with Coach McKenna is coming to Inspyr Studios on Friday, April 11 at 6:00 AM. This free event is the perfect way to start your day with movement and mindfulness while getting a first look at our new Yoga: Vinyasa Flow class, now offered weekday mornings at 6:00 AM to support a sustainable and energizing wellness routine.
Coach McKenna brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and a deep passion for helping others move with purpose. She holds a 500-hour yoga certification with additional training in aerial, chair, and kids yoga, as well as six years of cycle instruction and four years as a personal trainer. Her teaching style blends strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to support each participant’s individual goals. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, McKenna offers guidance grounded in both expertise and encouragement.
The Vinyasa Flow format seamlessly connects breath with movement, enhancing flexibility, building strength, and fostering deep relaxation. Designed for all levels, this yoga class is a great way to improve physical and mental balance before the day begins.
If the weather permits, Sunrise Yoga will be held outside to embrace the calm and clarity of early morning light. Otherwise, we’ll meet in the Inspyr Studios Flex Room. After class, enjoy complimentary coffee, orange juice, and light refreshments with fellow participants.
